How you want to be communicated with
If you’d like to change how we communicate with you, please contact the Plan Administrator, WTW, to let them know your preferences using the details at the end of this article.
If you want us to communicate with you via email:
You will receive an email from us approximately four times a year to help you keep up to date with your pension in the Plan. We may also communicate with you via post if we feel it’s appropriate.
We recommend that you provide a personal email address so we can stay in touch even if you move jobs. You can do this by updating your details on ePA, WTW’s secure member portal, or by contacting WTW using the details at the end of this article.
If you want us to communicate with you via post:
You will receive a newsletter update from us once or twice a year to help you keep up to date with your pension in the Plan. We might also send you specific adhoc communications if they’re particularly important or relevant to you.
Managing your pension online
Some of you told us that you struggle to log in to ePA, WTW’s secure member portal. We are looking at launching something new soon which will be easier for you to access at times you need to.
But in the meantime, to access your pension information now, you can log in to ePA using the 'Log in' button at the top right of this page.
If you haven't registered yet, you can get set-up in a few simple steps:
Click on Account Recovery Service
Follow the instructions to set-up your account.
If you've already registered:
Type in your User ID and Password and click 'Log in'.
Please note: your User ID is not your email address - it will be GHE or GEP followed by 7 numbers e.g. GHE1234567
