Make sure you don’t miss out

We know how busy life can be, and when things change, updating your pension details isn’t always at the top of your list of priorities!

But we’d hate for you to miss out on important information about your pension savings, or experience delays when you need to do something. That’s why it’s important to keep your personal details up to date.

If you move house, and don’t let us know, we might lose touch with you, which makes it tricky to let you know about your pension, especially when it’s time for you to start taking it! Or if you’re already receiving your pension and the Plan Administrator receives a return-to-sender letter, they will need to get in contact with you to update your details to continue your pension payments.

It’s helpful to let us know your personal email address and phone number too, that way we’ll always be able to keep you informed about any important updates. Please be assured that we’ll never use your personal details for marketing purposes.

You can check and update your personal details quickly and easily using your online portal, ePA.

We also know that you might have things going on in your family life – so if your relationship or marital status changes, or if you have children, and you’d like to change who your beneficiary is should anything happen to you, please let us know by updating your expression of wish details on ePA. Whilst not binding, your expression of wish details will help guide the Trustee in making the right decision if there are any benefits to be paid.

Please remember that if your expression of wish isn’t up to date, your benefits could be awarded to the wrong person. You can check and update your expression of wish by logging in to ePA.

WTW, the Plan Administrator, may contact you from time to time to check your personal information is correct, so we’d be grateful if you can respond to them when they do.
