Meet our new addition to the team

We’re really pleased to welcome a new member to the Trustee Team – Ilse Livett.

Ilse Livett is our newly appointed Company Nominated Director (CND) and is an Internal Audit Executive at GE HealthCare. She also brings seven years of experience as a company-nominated Trustee Director, providing valuable insight and continuity to the team. We’re delighted to welcome Ilse as part of the Trustee Team and we’re really excited to work together – her drive and experience will help us continue to move forward with our priorities for the future.

Ilse said, “I’m very excited about sharing my prior experience with the rest of the team and learning from the wider Trustee Board about the Plan, so we can best serve our members as a diverse team.”

But with the addition of Ilse, we’ve had to bid farewell to Nikki Frew who stepped down earlier this year. Nikki was a vital part of the Trustee Board and was part of the team since the launch of the Plan in 2023. Nikki will be greatly missed as part of the team, and we wish her all the best.

As a reminder, the Trustee of the GE HealthCare Pension Plan (the Plan) is legally responsible for managing the Plan in the best interests of you, its members, and other beneficiaries. The Trustee is made up of Trustee Directors; some who are nominated by the Company, GE HealthCare Limited, and some who are nominated by members. If getting involved with the stewardship of the Plan sounds like something you’re interested in, then we have an opportunity for you to do just that. Keep your eyes peeled over the next month when we’ll be recruiting for two Member-Nominated Trustee Directors (MNTDs) to join the Trustee Board.
