Your pension information at your fingertips

You can access information about your pension quickly and easily, anytime, anywhere, on your secure online member portal – ePA.

If you haven’t started receiving your pension from the Plan yet, you can see how much pension you had accrued at the date you stopped making contributions.

If you’re within 6 months of minimum pension age (currently age 55, rising to age 57 in 2028) you can get instant retirement quotes*, which can help give you an idea of how much you might get when you decide it’s time to retire. This will be recalculated to the current date when you decide to take your benefits. You can also request an up-to-date retirement quote from WTW, the Plan Administrator, to help with your retirement planning.

As well as retirement quotes, you can find the transfer value* of your pension too, which is useful if you’re thinking of transferring out.

If you’re already receiving your pension from the Plan, you can check your pension payslips and see your P60 too.

It’s important that we’re able to keep in touch with you so we can let you know about your pension benefits and any updates. If your personal details change or you move house, you can let us know by updating your details on ePA. You can also let us know how you’d prefer us to communicate with you and provide us with your email address.

So that we know who you’d like us to consider paying any beneficiary or dependants benefits to if you die, you can check and update your nomination form in the ‘My Beneficiaries’ section.

*A small number of members with complex benefit calculations may need to request this information from WTW. If you’re one of these members, you will receive a message when trying to run quotations on ePA confirming that you will need to contact the team to request the relevant quotation.
